Looking for a person to be responsible for baking and finishing the Donut Connection’s baked good items. They will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to customers. Individual must be positive and motivated to join a team that aims to provide a welcoming environment for our consumers so they can enjoy the best coffee and baked goods around. Baker/Finishers must ensure brand production standards and systems are executed on their shift and transition to crew position when production levels are complete for day.
Individual must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable. The Baker/Finisher must maintain a consistently high level of product quality, an exceptionally clean work environment, and optimum output with minimum waste. They must be able to multi–task, adhere to product recipes/specifications, and have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferably 1-3 years of baking experience
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs
Act 33/34 clearances will be required. EOE/ADA

Nonprofit Development Corporation (NDC) is currently seeking a full-time Skilled Carpenter to work at our Butler based agency. This individual(s) will provide skilled carpentry, general maintenance, and labor services related to construction at a variety of job sites in the community as directed by the Construction Manager and/or the Project and Facilities Manager. Must be able to adhere to project scopes and time schedules.
Daylight, Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Occasional on-call for evenings/weekends
Travel required – work truck provided
Pay: $23 - $25/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Provides carpentry and general labor in support of the Construction Manager and/or the Project and Facilities Manager at residential, business, and commercial construction sites.
Unloads and loads materials; assists in the delivery or set up of materials and equipment.
Removes trash, residual building debris, and other materials from construction sites.
Constructs and disassembles reinforcement braces, concrete forms, scaffolds and temporary structures.
Assists with demolitions.
Services machines including pumps, compressors, generators, tractors, and trailers.
Prepares materials, including mixing/laying concrete, grout, cement, sand, or plaster.
Operates a variety of construction equipment and hand tools.
Reads blueprints and designs.
Performs carpentry and general labor duties as directed by the Construction Manager and/or the Project & Facilities Manager.
Performs related duties as required and directed.
Demonstrates teamwork with co-workers and members of the community.
Adheres to workplace safety guidelines.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience as a Skilled Carpenter or in the construction trades. 3-5 years’ experience in carpentry/construction preferred.
Knowledge of ADA and Building Codes.
Ability to work with common hand tools and ground maintenance equipment.
Strong initiative and flexibility to meet task deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation to work sites.
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.
